Detlef Schäbel, owner of the Typo3 agency if20 from Münsterland, today released his first training video for the CRM- and Merchandise management system gFM-Business has been published. "As I work with the software myself and it is also new territory for me, I will record my experiences in a series of training videos for other users and publish them on YouTube," says Detlef Schäbel. The first training video deals with the initial setup of gFM-Business after installation, the maintenance of company master data as well as settings for the address number range, statistics records and standard defaults for creating new users. At the Apple Stammtisch Münsterland (we reported), Detlef Schäbel will also be presenting the CRM and merchandise management system gFM-Business live this evening in Metelen.
