Support Plus packages for FileMaker and gFM-Business
We have been offering personal support for our gFM Business ERP software and other software solutions based on Claris FileMaker Pro for more than ten years. This can involve programming, training or direct coaching via remote maintenance. For users of gFM-Business and FileMaker with regular support requirements, we are now offering our new Support Plus packages, with which you can reduce the hourly rate for our support services.

We only differentiate whether your project is based on the gFM-Business ERP software or whether it is your own FileMaker solution. The hourly rate for our own FileMaker solutions is slightly higher than for the gFM-Business basis because it is then a third-party project for us. As part of our support, we take on programming and extensions of all kinds, training and coaching for gFM-Business, Claris FileMaker and FileMaker plugins such as the MBS FileMaker plugin. With our Support Plus package, you can count on our calculable help. The Support Plus packages include 0.5, 1, 3, 5 or 10 hours per month. Unused hours can also be used later, as they only expire after 12 months. The minimum term is 3 months, after which the contract can be terminated monthly by the 15th of the following month or changed to another support tariff.
