Both material and service items can be managed in the item management of gFM-Business. Items that are marked for services can be selected for time recording/service logging. Any product variants can be mapped with the help of article attributes. This means that gFM-Business article management is optimally prepared for interfaces to any online shop system.
gFM-Business supports the generation of EAN13 codes as well as the reading of EAN13 codes with the camera of an Apple iPad, which can also be used to take product photos at the touch of a button. Any number of suppliers with discount scales can be created for each article. Each article can be available at any number of locations. Like every part of the program in gFM-Business, item management also contains an event log that records every change to the database.
gFM-Business Professional includes a batch management function to track deliveries of items. In the invoice, delivered products can be assigned to a specific batch.

Products and services can also be managed in multiple languages at a central location in the item management system. The overview screen shows the most important data and stock levels at a glance. Generate barcodes and EAN codes, use graduated prices and customer groups as well as price-relevant product properties.
Stock of several storage locations always in view
gFM-Business supports the management of multiple storage locations and automatically generates an entry in the stock log for each stock movement. Generate goods issue lists for any time periods and storage locations and always have an overview of your stock levels.
Parts lists, combination items and accessories
Create parts lists for production items that are to be posted in addition to the main item when a stock posting is made. Combination items are automatically added when the main item is added as a line item. Accessory items can be used to add links to other items.
