By default, the billing management integrated in gFM-Business free and Basic contains modules for the creation of offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit memos and reminders with a corresponding reminder system. Corresponding follow-on documents can be converted into another document type at the push of a button. The invoices of gFM-Business Light and Professional also have a cash book with automatic posting of invoices and credits, export as DATEV file and in other formats, import of bank statements from online banking software with automatic allocation of payments to existing invoices and administration SEPA mandates, SEPA transfers and direct debits.
