The gFM Business ERP software for macOS, Windows and Apple iOS contains an integrated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for the management of customers, suppliers and prospects. The management of all contacts takes place within a module in order to enable search queries over the entire data stock. Any number of addresses, contact persons *, actions *, appointments *, reminders *, services and support tickets * can be stored for each data record. The CRM contains comprehensive overviews of all generated documents and documents for a contact. The event log can be used to track all changes in a data record. With the acquisition module *, data can also be entered in advance when a contact is first initiated, without saving the data in contact management by assigning a customer number.
