What is included?
gFM-Business Free gives you access to a basic CRM that enables you to manage addresses efficiently. Keep all the important contact details of your customers and business partners in one central location and use the addresses to automatically create invoices and credit notes. Create invoices and credit notes directly from a customer or in the invoicing module.
In addition, the software offers you basic item and warehouse management, which allows you to easily keep an eye on your products and stock levels. Manage your items and stocks effortlessly and optimize your warehouse processes.
What do you need?
For an immediate start, you need a macOS or Windows computer and an installed FileMaker Pro version 17 or higher. If you do not yet have a FileMaker version, you can download a trial version from Claris. download. gFM-Business requires the MBS FileMaker Plugin, which is supplied with our software and automatically installed as a trial version.
Quick and easy to expand
gFM-Business Open-Source contains an administration module that facilitates the customization and extension of the software with FileMaker Pro. In addition to some functions, the module contains an overview of all databases and documentation of all tables, fields and scripts with integrated full-text search.

The main menu contains an overview of all active quotations, orders, invoices and delivery bills to keep track of all ongoing processes. Other tabs contain statistics, recently processed data records, an open items list and a list of items with a minimum stock level that has not been reached.

With the integrated developer module, you can add further data, functions and processes to gFM-Business Open Source in no time at all. The developer module contains internal documentation for the software, which can also be filtered using a full-text search.
