gFM-Business contains integrated statistics modules for customer-related and company-wide statistics with separate screens for annual, monthly and weekly statistics. Bar and line charts in all screens with up to five value lists, selectable from: Number of promotions, number of new customers, number/turnover of quotations, number/turnover of orders, number/turnover of invoices, number/turnover of reminders, potential and sales tax.

In addition, any number of logbooks for cars used for business purposes can be managed in the company administration for the settlement of travel expenses. The integrated logbook management supports any number of cars and was developed in accordance with legal requirements with a change log.

With the integrated task management module, you can delegate any tasks to your employees. The external task window, which can be opened from any screen, provides an overview of all tasks that can be processed or redirected directly there.

Manage your company inventory and create labels with barcodes so that you can easily scan your inventory. Transfer products from item management as company inventory at the click of a mouse. Save all relevant data on your inventory, such as purchase date or payment terms.

All your employees' data as well as any number of files, documents, actions and appointments can be saved in the personnel management module. Commission management enables the automatic settlement of employee commissions on the basis of individual customers or customer groups.
