The new gFM-Business 7.0 ERP for Mac, Windows and Apple iOS has for the first time an integration of OpenAI ChatGPT in the Light and Professional versions to automatically generate AI documents and AI texts in the entire ERP software. The main menu becomes even more of a control center in the new version and includes new user-defined function keys and functions that allow you to automatically create collective orders for all items with a minimum stock level below the minimum stock level. With the new serial invoice generation, you can automatically create invoices from orders and purchase orders from your online store. All imports from your online stores can now be carried out directly in the main menu.

All print layouts customizable.
A print system has been integrated into gFM-Business that allows the complete customization of all print layouts as well as the creation of new print layouts as in a DTP program or a word processing program. In
the print file supplied with gFM-Business, the user can edit print layouts in FileMaker Pro layout mode as required or add new layouts. After new print layouts have been assigned to a program part in the settings
they are available for immediate use.
A FileMaker Pro license is required to customize print layouts.
Multilingual.
The entire ERP software and all print layouts are designed for use in different languages. gFM-Business Light and Professional contain the languages German, English and French. The user interface language can be set separately for each user at any time. Not only the entire user interface with all labels and dialogs, but also all selection and value lists within the database are displayed in the active language. All print layouts are available for printing in all available languages. All texts of the print layouts can be be adapted and extended within gFM-Business.
E-mail client integrated.
The gFM-Business office software contains an integrated e-mail client that can be used to receive and send e-mails to any number of POP3 or IMAP accounts. All email sending functions included in gFM-Business are carried out within the integrated email client. E-mails received from known e-mail addresses from the CRM module [Customers] are automatically assigned to the corresponding contacts. The e-mail addresses of all entered addresses and contact persons as well as any other e-mail addresses on a whitelist are taken into account. With the integrated ticket system, support tickets can be automatically assigned and easily processed
Electronic invoices
gFM-Business Professional supports the creation of electronic invoices in merchandise management in accordance with the ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and Swiss-QR standards. PDF files of invoices and credit notes are then generated including embedded information for the electronic invoice.
gFM-Business Professional contains a basic print layout with support for the Swiss QR standard, which can be adapted to individual requirements using FileMaker Pro.

Data import and export
In order to communicate with the outside world, gFM-Business already has a number of interfaces in the standard version. In each part of the program, data can be saved in any field sequence in the formats Text/Tab, CSV, Microsoft Excel, FileMaker, DBF or as a merged mail merge file for Microsoft Word, Excel or other Office programs. Customer addresses and articles can be imported from text or CSV files, Excel tables or databases.
Account statements can be easily transferred via the clipboard or as a file from Bank X, MacGiro, StarMoney or other banking programs. Postings that are automatically created from the invoicing module can be saved in the DATEV- or other formats. Direct debits can be saved in DTAUS format.
Online store interfaces
gFM-Business contains an integrated interface to the online store systems Shopware, Gambio, WooCommerce and Modified. With the interface, customers, articles and orders can be transferred to the gFM-Business ERP system either as an order or as an invoice. The import can be carried out with a selection window to select the desired data records or automatically with the import of all the latest data.
gFM-Business free and Basic allow the connection to one online store, gFM-Business Light and Professional support any number of online stores, even in mixed environments.
