gFM-Business Basic is our basic ERP software with integrated CRM (customer management), document management, merchandise management with article and warehouse management and invoicing, project management, cash book (DATEV export function) and cash registers as well as many other useful functions. gFM-Business includes an online store interface for a store and can manage a storage location. The software can be adapted to individual requirements with Claris FileMaker Pro and is available in different license levels for customization.
External print layouts and database-based navigation
The main menu and navigation in gFM-Business can be database-driven to quickly and effectively integrate new masks into the menu and navigation of the ERP software. All print layouts are located in a separate FileMaker file for optimal management and customizability.
Integrated development environment
gFM-Business Open Source contains an administration module that facilitates the customization and expansion of the ERP software. In this module, functions relevant to development can be executed and the main menu and navigation can be defined and extended. The module contains internal documentation of all tables, fields and scripts used in the software, which can be searched using a full-text search. In this way, functions and processes can be adapted and extended quickly and easily.

gFM-Business Open Source requires the MBS and BaseElements plugin. Both plugins are installed automatically and can be purchased as a full version if required.
