Contact management (CRM)
Any field available in the database can be searched for when selecting customer data records. Data entry is dialog-driven and is supported by integrated databases for postcodes/cities, bank codes/banks and first names for salutations and letter salutations as well as by the automatic conversion of conventional bank details with sort code/account number to BIC/IBAN.
Contact management contains an integrated statistics module for each customer, which clearly displays sales, offers and promotions by year, month or week in tabular form and as a configurable graphical diagram.
