Today we released the updated version 4.3 of our gFM Business ERP software. The new version contains some new features, optimizations and bug fixes. With the new phonetic quick search you can find your desired data even faster. Simply dictate to the software what you are looking for, e.g. “Show all customers from 2018”. gFM-Business 4.3 contains some optimized masks and lists in the invoice and in all email lists. As part of the REST API interface for online shops, a customer data record can now also be entered in the CRM for a guest order (currently only applies to WooCommerce online shops). File attachments can now be saved either as a file within the database or just as a reference. The dialog for entering new document items has been optimized in the billing document. The “Invoice” print layout now contains the VAT ID of the relevant customer, if this has been maintained. (more…)

Today we have updated all versions of the gFM Business ERP software to version 4.1. The new version contains many minor new features and bug fixes, especially in the new email client. The new version contains new batch functions in the e-mail client with which several marked messages can be simultaneously set to read or unread or manually assigned to a customer. The receipt of e-mails could be somewhat accelerated in the new version. Due to a data change, the update of exchange rates via the ECB server no longer worked in the previous version – this problem has been fixed in the current version.
Starting with version 4.1, the gFM-Business Free and Basic invoicing programs contain a connection to any PDF printer driver and now offer the new functions “Send as PDF” and “Send all as PDF” in all invoice document types. gFM-Business 4.1 is now available for download and is free of charge for all gFM-Business 4.x users. Today we released the brand new gFM-Business 4.0 ERP software for Mac, Windows and Apple iOS. The new version of the software, which is based on the FileMaker platform, contains numerous new functions such as an integrated e-mail client, new online shop interfaces based on the REST API, a ticket system for automated tracking of support cases, several enhancements in the statistics module and many other new functions in CRM and billing. The latest version 4.0 of the gFM Business ERP software contains an integrated e-mail client that can be used to process all incoming and outgoing e-mail traffic. Incoming e-mails from known e-mail addresses are automatically marked and assigned to the corresponding contacts. Outgoing e-mails created in gFM-Business are now sent via the integrated e-mail client. The e-mail client has the usual mailboxes such as “Inbox”, “Outbox” or “Sent e-mails”, so that all e-mail traffic can be traced exactly as in any other e-mail software. Within gFM-Business, the e-mail client can be opened from any mask with a mouse click.
All versions of gFM-Business 4.0 have a new interface to online shop systems, with which customers, orders and articles can be transferred from the online shop to the ERP software at the click of a mouse. The import is carried out via modern REST API interfaces and is now available for Shopware 5, Gambio GX3 and WooCommerce online shops. gFM Business free and Basic support the connection to an online shop. In gFM Business Light and Professional, the new online shop interface is multishop-capable and supports the transfer of data from any number of online shops, even in mixed environments. Import customers and orders by mouse click either as an order or as an invoice. Automatically keep your stock levels in all online shops in sync with the stock levels stored in gFM-Business. (more…)
