For users of gFM-Business and FileMaker with regular support requirements, we are now offering our new Support Plus packages, with which you can reduce the hourly rate for our support services.
Our support service portfolio
We only distinguish whether your project is based on the gFM-Business ERP software or whether it is our own FileMaker solution. The hourly rate for our own FileMaker solutions is slightly higher than for the gFM-Business-Basis because it is then a third-party project for us. As part of our support, we take on programming and extensions of all kinds, training and coaching for gFM-Business, Claris FileMaker and FileMaker plugins such as the MBS FileMaker Plugin. We have decades of experience in implementing functions or interfaces in FileMaker-based software solutions.
Support for older FileMaker versions
We also offer you assistance when it comes to extending older FileMaker software or updating to a current FileMaker version. We can also help you with the older FileMaker data formats .fp7 and .fp5.
