Our customer Technikhaus.de has been offering all kinds of smart home technology via its online store for many years. From intelligent heating controllers and smart home sockets to electronic door locks, visitors can find all kinds of smart home technology from established brands such as Mediola, Homematic, Shelly, tado and Comelit. The online store is based on the xtcModified store system, which was originally based on the xt:commerce store system that was widely used years ago. Technikhaus.de would like to optimize its internal operating processes with the gFM-Business Merchandise management system which is why we are optimizing our online storeInterface in version 6.3 to include the modified store software. As of gFM-Business 6.5, it is also possible to import articles into the Article management the ERP software possible.

Transfer orders and customers from the Modified Shop
The online store interface included in gFM-Business supports the following in the current version Version 6.5 also xtcModified online storesfor which the following functions are available within the interface:
- Store orders as an order in the Invoice transfer
- Transfer store orders to the invoice as an invoice
- customers from the online store to the CRM transferred (automatically with order import)
- Importing articles from the online store into article management (with images)
- Synchronize stock levels with the online store
In the first version, the interface will not yet support the transfer of articles from the store to the article management of gFM-Business, as this part of the interface is still under development by the store system.
Packing list and packing assistant
In cooperation with Volker Habon from Technikhaus.de, we have integrated a packing assistant that optimizes the packing of parcels for everyday use. The order module in the billing system contains the new Print layout "Packing list", which contains a list of all items to be packed for the respective order. The list also includes items from Parts lists is taken into account. The packing list contains the barcode of the order, which can be used to call up the order by scanning from the scan module of the main menu.
Packing assistant with support for barcode scanners
With the new function [Scan] In the order module, you can simply scan all items of an order with a barcode scanner and automatically book them out of the document and warehouse. Clicking on the button opens a new window containing all document items and, if applicable, items from parts lists. The wizard supports the scanning of items either with or without a serial number.
