What is Gambio?
Gambio is a widely used online shop system in Germany that has been on the market for many years. Technically, Gambio is a further development of the open source system xt:Commerce, which in turn is a spin-off of os:Commerce. Gambio has a sophisticated template system and is available in three versions at prices starting at 24.95 euros per month including hosting. The Business software gFM-Business has an interface to Gambio-based online stores, with which articles and store orders can be managed and processed directly in the merchandise management system. Extensive default settings can be made for the store interface, which are taken into account when entering articles or importing store orders. To simplify the setup, gFM-Business allows the import of manufacturers, categories, customer groups and article options from the online store.
Store orders can be imported either as an order or as an invoice with automatic generation of the corresponding document. When processing a store order, the status history can be viewed and updated directly in the invoicing and corresponding status messages can be entered. Items can be exported from gFM-Business to the online store and thus also edited and managed directly in the software. gFM-Business supports numerous fields from Gambio, displays the number of characters and words used in meta data for SEO-friendly maintenance and can manage prices and scales for up to five customer groups.

Merchandise management for Gambio and other stores
The CRM, invoicing and merchandise management system gFM-Business Professional contains an integrated interface module for Gambio-based online stores. The interface supports the import of customers and articles into the merchandise management system as well as the import of customers and orders, either as an order or as an invoice into the billing system. Your Gambio system can have any number of language stores or subshops. In addition to Gambio, the software can also be used for online stores from Shopware, WooCommerce and Modified Shopsoftware.
gFM-Business is scalable and can be used both on a single workstation and in a network with multiple users. The software can be run on Apple Mac, Microsoft Windows and iOS devices, even in mixed operation. gFM-Business can be customized to individual requirements with Claris FileMaker Pro.
