The form view in gFM-Business
In the gFM-Business business software, masks are used to distinguish between the Form view and the list view. The form view contains all the fields of a form and, if applicable, some tab buttons under which further information can be displayed.
Search records in the form view
Click on the symbol [Search] in the toolbar to call up the search mode. As soon as the search mode has been activated, a small magnifying glass symbol appears in each field to indicate the search mode. In the case of related data on other screens, you can also navigate to other screens during the search in order to enter the corresponding search criteria. Navigation to screens with unrelated data or from other modules is not possible in search mode. The buttons are displayed as inactive accordingly.
In search mode, you can enter any search criteria in each field displayed. Switching to other screens is only possible for related data. The icons in the toolbar change in search mode. The following functions are available in the toolbar in search mode:
- First - switches to the first search query
- Back - switches to the previous search query
- Next - switches to the next search query
- End - switches to the last search query
- New - creates a new search query (OR link in relation to other search queries)
- Delete - removes the current search query
In the function bar, the search query can be started by clicking on the [Search] or by clicking on the button [Cancel search] can be canceled. Standard search queries can be selected in the function menu.
Open invoicing as a form or list view
In the main menu of gFM-Business, data from the customer management, from the 'Correspondence' module, from the article management and from the inventory management can be displayed as a list view. Under [Settings > Company master data] can be used with the option [Open documents as] In addition, you can set whether documents from invoicing should be opened from the main menu in the form view or list view.
