gFM-Business 6.0 ERP Software

Support for the modified store software

Function included in gFM-Business Free and Basic Function included in gFM-Business Light and ProfessionalThe integrated online store interface in gFM-Business 6.3 now supports the import of store orders and customers from xtcModified-based online stores (modified store software). As the REST API integrated in the modified store software does not yet have an endpoint for article data, it is not possible to import article data from an xtcModified online store into gFM-Business or to synchronize stock levels. If the interface in xtcModified contains an endpoint for article data, we will extend the interface in gFM-Business accordingly.

The following functions are currently supported by our interface for xtcModified online stores:

  • Import of store orders as an order (automatic and selection mode)
  • Import of store orders as invoices (automatic and selection mode)
  • Import of customer data from the store into gFM-Business

REST API supports SSL, headers and tokens

The REST API interface for online stores integrated in gFM-Business now supports SSL encryption as well as the use of headers and tokens (bearer authorization). All options can be activated in gFM-Business 6.3 when defining an online store.

SSL, token and header, info window for parameters

Info popover for interface parameters

The screen for defining an interface to an online store contains a new info popover in gFM Business 6.3, which displays the possible parameters for the selected online store that can be specified as part of the interface. Parameters can be entered in the corresponding parameter fields and usually have the form

?parameter1=value1&parameter2=value2

Parameters can be used, for example, to limit the number of orders to be called up to a maximum number, or only orders with a certain status or from a certain date can be called up in order to improve the performance of the individual calls.

Integration of parameters for Shopware online stores

gFM-Business 6.3 contains an extended definition for Shopware-online store, which contains the possible parameters for queries from the store. With the parameters, it is possible to import store orders only from a certain order number or to limit them to a certain maximum number of orders.

Item-related partial deliveries in orders

Function included in gFM-Business Light and ProfessionalOrder management in the invoicing module now offers the option of delivering partial quantities from individual items and creating partial delivery bills from them. To do this, any quantity of the item can simply be booked out of the warehouse and then directly delivered using the [Create delivery bill] a partial delivery bill can be created.

Write-off of partial quantities from the warehouse stock

When an item is booked out of the warehouse stock, the complete quantity of the item is no longer automatically booked out as before, but a dialog appears in which any quantity to be booked out can be entered. After confirming the dialog, only the entered quantity of the item is booked out of the warehouse stock.

Dialog for derecognizing partial quantities of an item

If the stock of an item has only been partially booked out, this is indicated by an orange-yellow coloring of the fields [Storage location] and [Serial number] is displayed. When an item is delivered in full, these two fields are colored green as usual.

Order mask with partially booked position

Creating delivery bills with partial quantities of items

If there are items in the order confirmation that have only been partially booked out of stock, the function [Create delivery bill] another dialog asking whether all (remaining) items or only the partially booked out items should be transferred to the delivery bill.

Dialog for partial delivery of items

The quantity of an item for which a delivery bill has already been created is always taken into account and only the corresponding remaining quantity is entered in the delivery bill. This means that any number of delivery bills can be generated for a single order item with different delivery quantities.

Info popover above the number/quantity field of an item

Click on the field [Quantity] of an item, a small popover window opens in which the number or quantity of the item can be edited in the upper field. The new popover window for the number/quantity of an item contains the following fields:

  • Quantity (number/quantity of the item on the document)
  • Number booked (number/quantity booked out of stock)
  • Delivered (Transfer number/quantity to a delivery bill)
  • Still to book (Number/quantity still to be booked so that the entire item is booked out)
  • Total stock (Entire stock of the item article)
  • With reservations (Total stock including all reservations)

Info popover for number/quantity of an item

Based on the data in the popover window "Quantity" of an item, you can see exactly which quantity has already been booked out of the warehouse stock and which quantity has already been transferred to a delivery bill.
