The new gFM Business AI Assistant
The upcoming version of gFM-Business ERP marks a decisive step in the further development of the software. AI assistant be part of the system - specially trained for the GFM business environment, its functions and work processes.
Until now, the gFM-Business help system has been based on classic user manuals, FAQ collections and context-based help content. With the next version, this help system will be completely replaced by the new gFM Business AI Assistants replaced.
The assistant is not a generic language model, but has been specifically trained for the GFM Business ERP software. It knows:

Both components complement each other perfectly - and turn classic ERP software into an intelligent, interactive system that not only reacts, but also actively supports, thinks and learns.
Intelligent support in everyday working life
The new AI assistant has been specially trained for the gFM Business environment. He knows all the modules, functions, menus and typical workflows of the software. As a result, it is able to provide context-related assistance - for example, with questions about operation, the optimum use of certain modules or the interpretation of data. In contrast to conventional help systems, the assistant is dialog-oriented, adaptive and integrated directly into the user interface.
