9 Customers and contacts
The first module "Customers & Contacts" is the CRM module (Customer Relationship Management), in which all customers, addresses and contacts are managed. This part of the program consists of the chapters Overview, addresses, contacts & promotions, services, receipts, events and Resubmissions.
Selection list in the module [Customers]
The module [Customers] has a selection list in an external list window in which data records can be found using a full text search and sorted according to any criteria. The selection list can be called up with the first symbol in the toolbar of the left-hand navigation above the data record information.
