Functions for invoicing documents
All vouchers support the use of multiple currencies. Recurring invoices can be generated for subscription invoices. Incoming payments can be automatically found and entered from imported bank statements. Invoices that have not yet been paid can be viewed directly in the main menu under the item [Open items] can be called up.
Online store interface to Shopware, Gambio GX3 and WooCommerce
All versions of the gFM-Business invoice program include a REST-API-based interface to online stores from Shopware, Gambio GX3 and WooCommerce for WordPress. The Freeware and Basic versions support the use of an online store, while in Light and Professional any number of online stores can be connected in parallel. The online store interface can be used to transfer customers, items and store orders to the software, and orders can be sent either as an order confirmation or directly as an invoice. Optionally, stock levels can be automatically compared with the online store when order items are booked in and out.
